Aaron may be studious and conscientious, but he's also a bit of a jock. When he isn't working on cases and spending time with his family, he loves to participate in sports. He was on the All-City soccer team in high school, was a 4-year letterman on the varsity soccer team in college (including All-Conference recognition), and he currently volunteers as a soccer coach and manager for the North Scottsdale Soccer Club. He also loves skiing and hiking – especially in Colorado, where he goes every summer.

In other words, Aaron is talented both in the courtroom and out. In fact, you won't find anyone better prepared for court hearings, and one of the special skills he brings to the table as a family lawyer is exceptional writing ability. It's no surprise, then, that he won Top Paper awards while in law school.

Aaron grew up in Kansas and received his B.A. at Friends University in Wichita, where he was a 4-year President's Scholar. One major wasn't enough for him, though, so he received a degree in Business Administration and History. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, but that wasn't enough for him either. So, he went on to receive an LL.M. in Tax Law from the University of Denver School of Law. You can see that Aaron is hardly one to rest on his laurels. He is even admitted to practice in three states – Arizona, Colorado, and Kansas.

After 16 years in family law, focusing in divorce, paternity/establishment, child custody, relocation, and parental scheduling modifications, Aaron has the experience you need, especially if your case involves litigation. His career before his time as a family lawyer is equally impressive. He served as Senior Assistant County Counselor for the Sedgwick County, Kansas Counselor’s Office where he provided legal advice and representation to elected and appointed officials, prosecuting and defending the County’s interests before State and Federal Courts and prosecuting violations of all County resolutions in the County Court.

Aaron may seem to be a western U.S. kind of guy, but he's worldlier than you might think. He studied comparative law in England and got married in Jamaica. Worldly or not, however, you're more likely to run into him at a local pro sports event.  That's one of his favorite pastimes.
